May 8, 1967 at Anaheim Stadium
Angels 3, Yankees 2  (12-12)

The Angels got it done in a variety of different ways to edge the Yankees for their second straight win.  They got a solid start from Nick Wilhite, some solid relief pitching and most importantly, some timely hitting.

The game winner came in the seventh inning when Rick Reichardt singled home Jim Fregosi.  Jimmie Hall also helped out the cause with a solo homerun in the first inning.

Minnie Rojas picked up the win with three shutout innings of relief.  He gave up just one hit and a walk with one strikeout.
