Angels 6 (38-38), Yankee 2

On June 6, the Angels were twelve games under .500.  Since then, they’ve gone 18-6 and they closed out the month of June right at the .500 mark after a truly magnificent run.  George Brunet picked up the win and he improved to 5-11 on the season.  He gave up two runs on six hits and three walks with one strikeout in seven innings.  Minnie Rojas threw two shutout innings and he picked up his eleventh save.

Don Mincher singled, drove in three and scored a run.  Jimmie Hall tripled, drove in a run and scored one.
