Buck Rodgers Powers Angels to Win Over Yankees

Buck Rodgers led the Angels at the plate as they scored two late runs to finish off the Yankees.  He went three for four with a homer and two RBIs.  Jim Fregosi continued to hit the ball well and he went three four with an RBI and two runs.

Bill Kelso picked up the win with three innings of shutout relief.  He gave up four hits but not one of them crossed the plate and he improved to 4-1 on the season.  Minnie Rojas held the Yankees hitless in the final two frames and he picked up save number 12.
