Twins had the best lineup in the AL for most of the decade, with Killer, Oliva and Allison. Add some good seasons from Carew, Battey, Hall and Versalles and you had a team that could light up the scoreboard anywhere. What's so often forgotten about these guys is how good their defense was. Allison was super in the outflield, as was Oliva. Rollins quietly did the job at the hot corner, but would never get much recognition as that superman in Baltimore got all the headlines.
