Jim Lonborg improved to 8-2 on the season with another nice start.  This time he held the Senators to just a single run on five hits with two walk with six strikeouts.

Carl Yastrzemski doubled and drove in two runs in the win.  Joe Foy had two more hits and he extended his hitting streak to seven games (15 out of his last 16 games he had a hit as well).  Tony Conigiliaro hit his sixth homerun of the season.
