Indians 5, Red Sox 3 (14-17)
Don McMahon gave up a two run homer in the top of the tenth as the Red Sox lost to the Indians 5-3. The loss dropped McMahon to 1-2 on the season and it’s unfortunate because he did a very nice job against the Indians in his first two innings.
Tony Jones had a pinch hit double and he drove in two runs. In all, the Red Sox were held to just six hits and no player had more then one.
