Tony Conigliaro Drives In Four Runs In Red Sox Win

Red Sox 8 (33-31), Yankees 1

The Red Sox blew out the Yankees for the second straight game and it was mostly Tony Conigiliaro and Carl Yastrzemski who did the damage at the plate.  Tony C. went three for four with a homerun and four RBIs.  Yaz went three for four with three RBIs and a run.

Jim Lonborg improved to 9-2 on the season with a nice start.  He gave up one unearned run on seven hits and six walks with seven strikeouts in a complete game.
