June 12, 1967 at D.C. Stadium
Senators 6, White Sox 5 (31-21)
This was a crazy game that clocked in at six hours and thirty eight minutes. The White Sox came back from a 4-1 deficit and tied it with three runs in the seventh. The game went into extra frames and each team scored in the tenth to keep it going. Then neither team scored over the next eleven innings until the Senators tagged John Buzhardt in the twenty second inning for a run in his eighth inning of work.
Walt Williams logged ten at bats and he went two for ten in the game. Ron Hansen went three for eight with two RBIs while Don Buford went three for nine with an RBI.
